Mr. T and the Beeps...

Tyler and Bepa (Grandpa) had a great time playing in their band (Mr. T and the Beeps) tonight. Tyler LOVES music and playing musical instruments whenever he can. He plays the drums (two at a time), strums at his guitar, and sometimes he even pretends that the guitar is a violin and uses a drumstick to play his violin. He know the names of instruments and can recognize the sound of drums and guitar while listening to music in the car. He certainly got our love of music. Maybe someday he will be able to teach his mommy and daddy how to really play the guitar instead of what we do now...play the air guitar!

Tyler taking this "guitar" stuff seriously...

28 weeks...

We hit the 28 week mark yesterday for baby boy #2! I cannot believe how soon it will be before we meet our new addition. June will be here before we know it and I couldn't be more excited. I have the normal aches and pains, constant movement rolling around in my belly, and of course the nights of little amounts of sleep which is all expected in pregnancy. I had an ultrasound this afternoon and all looks well. He started moving his mouth opened and then closed and we could even see his eye lens looking around. Here is the newest picture of our little man's profile...

Spring Break Fun...

We had so much fun this past week during Spring Break. We were able to explore Colorado and some of the wonderful places it has to offer instead of going on a vacation to another state. The weather cooperated for most of the week being in the high 60's and 70's. Just when we thought we were headed into spring and out of the snowy season, we had a big snowstorm on Friday leaving us with about 3 inches of snow. It was a good thing we got all of the fun stuff in by that time.

We visited the animals at the zoo...

Went to a St. Patty's Day parade with Mema and Bepa in town...

We also visited the Denver Children's Museum. Tyler loved playing on the fire truck, being a vet at the animal hospital, shopping in the Whole Foods store for kids, and finally playing with the trains.

We just had a taste of how fun our summer will be...only about 10 more weeks to go!
